This one is quite hilarious, if you have not been to a Haat before you will really enjoy this one.
Today morning when I woke up I was feeling very dull so thought of having a morning walk in fresh air, although I know the freshness is something full of dust in the area I stay, but still just to give some exercise to my legs :)
So I got ready and was walking towards a famous lake near our place which is actually not there (I mean there is no lake just a ditch where the lake fills up in rainy season) but the road is smoother than other ones.To my surprise there was a haat besides the lake in the morning and lot of crowd around the place.
I remembered, its Sunday and so the Haat..Ok so what next, I thought of checking whats in there.These Haats (five six tents supported by temporary bamboo sticks) had mostly clothes and leather items (bags, purses and belts etc) but one of them was a amusing one.
This one was nicely ddecorated with some rajasthani type of sheet around it and was decorated with pots having different types of herbs in those.
There was a woman sitting inside the Haat with typical rajasthani wear (ghaghra choli) and was shouting at peak voice "Mirgi waali, khaasi waali, dume waali booti lelo, ek booti 30 rupaye mein"
I had never seen a Haat selling herbs so out of curiosity showed some interest in this Haat and the lady immediately recognized my expression."Babujee ye booti seedhe himalaye se leke aate hain, aap bas ek baar leke dekho aur aaapki takleef hamesha ke liye agar door na ho to waapis de jaana.Hum har hafte yahan beth te hain" The moment she said Himalaya I gave a smile and started walking away but no this lady was a killer... "Sahabjee hamare paas shaadi waali bhi booti hai aapko ya aapke saath waale kisi ko agar shaadi ke baad koi pareshaani ho rahi ho to leke jaa sakte ho.." to this I smiled and said 'mein shaadi shuda nahi hoon'.. then she kept on saying something and I ignored and walked away.
I had not gone even 1 minute far a girl came running behind me and gave a herb pot.I turned back and that lady was shouting khaasi waali booti hai... I laughed and remembered I had coughed once during the chat, I smiled and gave that girl 30 rupees and walked back to my home..I have kept the pot outside my house and will water everyday.
Now you know how these ppl are the best sales person :)

mushkill bushkill - The Prelude
It was the labor day weekend and I was aleady set for flying to BaltiMore (BM) where I would meet my friends Kris and Shaz after a long time.Too much of excitement sometimes gives more adventures :) If you don't believe then continue reading.
I was taking the flight from Chicago to Baltimore and was on time in the airport relaxing for the boarding to start but then just 5 mins before the boarding start time there was an announcement "The Flight to Baltimore has been delayed because of Technical Problems, All passengers will be shifted to another flight"
As I know about my hard luck with these transportation Vehicles :) this announcement was a minor issue for me because this time I had no other connecting flight to catch, so although my co passengers looked panicked and started more enquiring, I was still relaxing at the same place listening to my favourite song "Kal ho na ho..."
After another 15 mins we were told which flight will be adjusting us so I smiled at the announcer and stood up to take a coffee from the near by starbucks counter.In the next 50th min I was sitting in the Baltimore flight reading my everlasting novel (I always read it during flight and never have been able to finish it in the last 2 years :))
The flight landed on time and now it was wait time to meet Kris and Neelu (Kris's wife) who were going to reach in another 10 mins because of my Airline's grace (If my flight had not got changed then it would have been 1 hr wait time).
Kris's flight arrived on time and then "do beechde yaar mil gaye" :) WOW!! what a moment.
After a warm hug and some light discussion we moved towards the exit to get our rental car for our next trip "New Jersey"
where we were going to meet Shaz and Sapt (Shaz's husband). In the meantime Shaz called me to know whether we reached BM and I told her that we have reached on time and will be leaving for New Jersey in another 30-45 mins.As soon as we reached the rental office Kris got a call from Sapt which changed his face expressions to a confused one !! I and Neelu looked at him and he was blank !!
"So what is it ?? Kya hua ??" Kris in some confusion answered "There is a change in Plan, Sapt has bought a new car and wants to surprise Shaz" "Wow!! thats amazing to tu pareshan kyun hai??" I replied. Kris with his confused expression told "Nahi problem hai ki wo apni nai car mein Shaz ko Pocono leke jayega!!" Now both of us had the same expression "CONFUSED!!"
YEAH! we had a problem now.Earlier we all had decided that we will take a six seater rental van from BM to NJ and after picking up Shaz & Sapt will go to Pocono together.Now this sudden change in plan was problematic in 2 ways, 1st that we 3 will be driving a big six seater van to Pocono and next the more important one we have to keep this as a secret from Shaz :)
Kris and Neelu were left with no choice other than driving a six seater alone till Pocono which was like
4-5 hrs from BM.In the meantime we also planned to meet Neelu's sister and her family (husband and 3 kids), Meeting Neelu's sister's family was fun because of their twin daughters and son.After having some good dinner with them we left for Pocono.
Meantime Shaz had called once and I had lied that we are stuck in a traffic jam but I was expecting to hear back from her after Sapt's suprise and had not got any call from past 1 hr.All the 3 of us were tensed in our driving trip to Pocono

life becomes difficult sometimes in a crowd.You have so many people around you but you are alone.Looks like you are an odd man out because you can neither make friends nor be friends.
This year has been really becoming difficult for me.the turmoil is whether I should get married or not with everybody around me tying knots, I am just out of the near dear one groups, feeling more lonely then earlier.
So I thought of utlizing my loneliness in a positive way.Can't write the whole story here but will post out something sooner.

Losing life every second
Human mind is very complex and so is the heart.Emotions and feelings make it complex everyday.Career,Money, Status all becomes secondary when a person is in love.But when he comes out of love its a new world, all of a sudden the other things start mattering more and love is lost.So although in one part of his heart he still has love but that part of the heart becomes smaller and smaller day by day.
One has said very well that "Life is simple if we love the present, and complex when we love Past and future"... True today life is challenging and if we dont think of future then present will get destroyed.But have we ever thought what are we losing in this mad race.
Yes we are losing the calmness of mind, love of our near and dear ones and the simplicity of life.

fir chala mein us rah par,jis par koi nishan nahi,pagdandi hai gumnaam iska kahin koi sira nahi.kabhi aansoon ke ghaat hain to kabhi aas ki chaya,kho gaya na jaane kahan, dhoodne par bhi nahi paaya ..fir chala mein us rah par jahan koi nishan nahi.. koi nishan nahi...
sunsaan se raste par kisi anjaane ke paas hone ka ehsaas haisaath mein koi nahi par ek dhimi si aahat hai..pal bhar ke liye koi pehchaana sa saath mein hai.in thaki nigahon ne dhoonda to nahi, par koi to paas aaya hai..
kaun hai ye jo mujhe abhi tak nahi bhoola,akele se safar mein rahguzar sa hai bana.khushi hai dil mein magar thoda sa darr hai,kya ye wo to nahin jisko mere bite kal ki khabar hai.
ek chaaya sa koi ab mujhe pass dikh raha hai.gumnaam se rah par ab fir se nishan mil raha hai.ab aa rahi hai saanson ki ahaat dheere se kaun hai, ye kautuhal khalbali macha raha hai..
dabe pairon se meine ek kadam hai ab uthaya,sanson ko maddham kar bas khudko honsla hai dilaya,jo bhi hai us chaaye mein, dost ya dushman hogamaut hai paas, ya zindagi iska chalo aaj to faisla hoga..
ab wo chehra hai saamne mere, ek taki se dekhta huadonon hain aamne saamne bas dhadkan hai sunai de raha..ye koi anjaana nahi mera hi saathi hai,kabhi bahut door chhoda tha aaj jaake mila hai..ye koi aur nahi mera hi saaya hai...ye koi aur nahi mera hi saaya hai...
